    • What metal is your jewelry?
      • We use sterling silver with gold vermeil or sterling silver with white rhodium.  Our vermeil is 3 microns thick giving the wearer years of use and can be replated.  We offer rose gold vermeil or 14K by request.
    • What gemstones do you use in your jewelry?
      • We use white topaz, white zirconia, green onyx, synthetic turquoise, black onyx and lapis.
    • Can I shower/swim in my jewelry? 
      • We always suggest removing jewelry prior to swimming, showering or working out.  Chemicals from shampoo/conditioner/soap or chlorine can be damaging to the gold plate & enamel.  We suggest cleaning your jewelry with a damp cloth or gently brush with a soft toothbrush and warm water. Please refrain from using ultrasonic cleaners.
    • Do you offer returns/exchanges?
      • We are happy to offer size exchanges on our rings, bracelets & clothing. Please email julie@julersrow.com with the new size you require and tracking number of your return package. 
    • How quickly will my order ship?
